No. Most customers replace 80% of their Zaps with native LeadStream actions, and the rest stay on Zapier. We don't need to be your only automation tool, just the one that owns the lead lifecycle.
It's a module inside the Vivid360 ERP. You can self-host or run it on your private cloud. Same database as the rest of your ERP, with no data sync and no separate login.
Each template carries an approval state we track end-to-end. When a template is still under review, the system blocks sends until Meta approves it.
Failover rules kick in. If WhatsApp delivery fails, the next attempt routes through email. Nothing drops to a black hole. Every failure is queued with a one-click retry button.
